WARRANTY
ALL PRODUCTS COME WITH manufacturer warranty from I year to life time based on the manufacturer. Direct easybuy.ca offers the first 7 days warranty except for some manufacturers products like Note books, tablets , desktops PCS , printers, cables ,mobile phones, sate light receiver, toner & ink cartages, CD & DVD media, headset ,software Please refer the manufacturer webpage for the warranty details
RETURN POLICY
- Returning a defective product:
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 10 days of original invoice date. DIRECT EASYBUY.CA shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.
- Returning a non defective product:
Non defective return products may be SUBJECT TO A 15% RE-STOCKING charge and such returns at the sole discretion of directeasybuy.ca's within 10 days of original invoice date. This 10-day period starts from the day of shipment
- Unopened Products:
Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit within 10 days of original invoice date. This 10-day period starts from the day of shipment
- No Refund or Exchange for the following items:
- Software OEM or Retail
- b. Toner & Ink Cartridges
- c. Digital CD & DVD Media
- d. Head Set
- e. Cables and Special Orders
- f. Sate light Receivers
- Manufacturer Warranty Only:
Manufacturer Restrictions prevent direct easy buy to accept any returns or offer exchanges on the following products. For those products, all support as well as exchanges or replacements for DEFECTIVE merchandise, including within the first 14 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. Please refer the manufacturer webpage for more in formations.
- Desktop PCS
- Note book and tablets
- LCD monitors
- All mobile phones
- LCD MONITORS with less than 7 dead pixels and Notebooks with less than 4 dead pixels are not considered defective. See manufacturer's warranty for dead pixel policy replacement
- For PRINTERS the customer will only receive an exchange on the printer, not the ink cartridge or /toner.
- COMBO SPECIALS include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. If one item from the Combo special is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
- ALL return ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.
- Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering Products with any standard certification labels OR BARCODE LABEL removed
- Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice
- Physically damaged products. Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
- Products which are improperly packaged
RETURN PROCEDURE
- STEP 1
- All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials and disks.
- STEP2
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number Online (RMA). Returns will not be accepted at our Warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Us to get an RA #. All RMA numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.
- STEP 3
- We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event of lost or damaged package in transit. We also recommend that you use a "traceable carrier" with the "proof of delivery." DIRECTEASYBUY.CA shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and it is non-refundable. How ever some cases the DIRECT EASYBUY.CA at the sole discretion may reimburse one way shipping charge FROM OUR WEARHOUSE to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your order, simply call or email us with your Online Order#. Please include your reason for requesting the cancellation. If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.
REFUND POLICY
All approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will take up to 5 business days to credit back the funds to your account. Please Contact us if you have not received your refund with in that time frame.
REBATES
Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable by direct easybuy.ca. To avoid this lose, Please make sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates.
