Ordering

We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only.

Order confirmation

If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. Contact our Customer Service Department at (905) 481-0794 from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST to make sure your order was received.

Payment

At present we only accept VISA or MASTERCARD as mode of payment.

Shipping address

For fraud prevention purposes, your billing and shipping addresses must be the same. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field.

Returns

It is mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Direct Easy BUY. You can get an RMA NUMBER through email .If you need help in completing the RMA form and please call our Customer Service and our customer Service Representative will assist you in completing an "RMA Invoice" with all the necessary data in order to return the merchandise to US.

Provincial Enviromental Handling Fees (EHF)

The primary purpose of the EHF is to fund the establishment and operation of recycling and disposal programs for the covered products in each of the provinces mentioned above. The EHFs are collected from consumers at the time of purchase of covered products. The EHFs are then remitted to the provincial agency (or not-for-profit corporation designated by the province) responsible for administering the province’s electronics recycling program. EHFs are only collected on sales of covered products made to consumers in the provinces mentioned above. Please note: GST (and PST, where applicable) will be assessed on the value of the EHFs.
